Priced per person and based on number of guests:
Chicken wings, breaded chicken strips, fried mushrooms, chips and homemade fire roasted salsa, potato chips and dips, vegetable crudités, fruit tray. All condiments are included.
Additional cost per person, per item for any one or more of the following:
Calamari, chicken quesadillas, chips and salsa with queso, shrimp cocktail, shrimp quesadillas, chips and salsa with queso and mango-guacamole, crab-stuffed shrimp, smoked salmon platter, or smoked salmon dip.
Canapés (Finger Sandwiches) and Tapas:
Salmon pinwheel, roast beef & chipotle cream cheese, tuna stuffed eggplant, antipasto skewers, quail bites, roasted oysters with black trumpet mushroom mojo, Alaskan king crab legs with farina farfoa de yuca, crab and corn cakes with lobster-red pepper vinaigrette, Sugarcane-skewered shrimp with lemongrass mojo, octopus skewers with black olive sauce, frog’s legs with mango barbecue sauce, sugarcane-skewered pork tenderloin.
